The Texas A&M Foundation is a nonprofit organization who acts as the primary academic fundraising institution for Texas A&M University. Connect Technologies worked with the A&M Foundation to create a new, contemporary website that is user friendly and solidifies their brand. We built the site to be responsive from the ground up, making it more accessible on all devices while also revamping their information architecture. Along with a redesign, we built a custom content management system (CMS) that permits them to quickly and easily manage their website content. The CMS offers helpful built-in layouts and styling that allows the Foundation to create uniquely designed pages.

Online Giving

The Give Form

We built The A&M Foundation a more simplified, interactive form where donors can go to give gifts to any department across the University. We reduced their current Giving Form from four pages down to one page making the process much more straightforward. Donors can very simply give a one-time gift or create a profile to easily manage their recurring gifts. The backend allows the staff to view, report & export donations and edit donor profiles.

The Give Form allows a donor to give:

To a specific area of the University or the general fund
A one time or reoccurring gift
As an individual or as a corporation/foundation/organization
Their gift in honor of someone
Their gift and have their Employer match it

Website administrators can do the following:

Track & search donations
Download donation reports
Create & modify giving accounts

Intranet

We built the Texas A&M Foundation their very own internal website just for staff members. The Intranet is the home to any piece of information about the Foundation that an employee may need access to at any particular time. The Intranet allows the staff to manage all of their internal documents (forms, docs to send to employees, meeting notes etc.) while also allowing granular access to accounting reports for the many different schools across the University.
